TOPSoccer is part of a dream for many children who have a disability and a desire to chase a soccer ball and score a GOAL! TOPSoccer (which stands for The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a Fairbanks community-based soccer program for young athletes with physical disabilities. The program provides athletes a safe and fun environment while allowing them the opportunity to participate in an organized sport. Fairbanks TOPSoccer's goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of Alaska. The TOPSoccer Program Offers the Following:
