Soccer Kicks Share a Rider Program

The Soccer Kicks Share a Rider Program allows you to request a rider buddy. This option allows parents to coordinate with other parents in regards to transporting players to soccer practices and games. The request must match the request on the person's registration form you are requesting to be with.

 

To participate choose the rider program option when registering. Request will be accommodated as long as space allows in each program. Do not call or email request, ALL request should be done during the time of registering.

 

FYSA does not participate, organize or facilitate in matching players for the Soccer Kicks Share a Rider Program.

 

Carpool Release and Waiver of Liability

I, the undersigned, request to register my participation in Soccer Kicks Share a Rider Program. In consideration of the benefit I receive as a participant in this Program, I agree to hold harmless, release, waive, forever discharge, and covenant not to bring suit or claim against the Fairbanks Youth Soccer Association (FYSA), from any and all claims and demands which the undersigned may have against the Releasees by reason of an accident, illness, injury, or death, or damage to or loss or destruction of any property arising or resulting from my participation in the Program whether or not such loss, injury, or death is alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees. The terms of this release are binding my heirs, executors, administrators, and all of my family members as well as myself.
