Meet at the FYSA Soccer Fields
The UK International Soccer Coaches will be offering a coach training on Saturday June 22nd at the FYSA Soccer Complex.
Saturday June 22
9 - 10:30 am U8 - U10 Divisions
10:30 am - 12 pm U12- U14 Divisions
This training is open to all coaches, assistant coaches or interested parents, no pre registration is required. A FYSA coach's credit will be applied to all individuals participating in the training.

USSF 'E' Coaching Course 5/25 - 5/26
Fee: $100 for coaches affiliated with Alaska Youth Soccer, (115.00 if paying by
credit card)
The 'E'' certification course consists of lecture and field sessions which includes and a written exam. This course normally includes three and
one-half (3½) hours of theory (theory of tactics, methods, team management, Laws of the Game, injuries) and thirteen (13) hours of practical (components of soccer-fitness, technique, tactics,
principles of defense, goalkeeping, set plays, functional practice, coaching practice and critique). Coaches must be 14 years of age to take the E course.
USSF 'D' Coaching Course (TBA)
Fee: $200 for coaches affiliated with Alaska Youth Soccer, (215.00 if paying by credit card) The 'D'' certification course is a continuation of the E course and offers more advance training in all areas. This course normally includes theory, practical, and a four-hour exam, written, oral and practical. Coaches can receive either a state D license or a National D license. Only coaches who receive the National D License will be accepted in the C license course. Coaches must be 16 years of age to take the D course.
FYSA will pay the course fee for a FYSA Recreational Coach who wishes
to attend the training. Call FYSA for more information and regsitration at 456 - 3976.
