This manual contains policies adopted by the Board of Directors of the Fairbanks Youth Soccer Association
(FYSA), which establish rules and guidelines to be followed by the Board and membership in the course of fulfilling the duty imposed by the Association's bylaws to manage the
business and affairs of the Association.
"The purpose of this association shall be for the education of
individuals interested in the game of soccer, and for its promotion, and administration for players under nineteen years of age within the Fairbanks
area."
