WELCOME TO FYSA ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registering
online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple
steps -

CREATE YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT OR LOG IN AS A
MEMBER
If you already have an account,log into your account using your member log in or create an account if
your new to FYSA.

COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION OR UPDATE
After
you create your new member account, you'll be asked to fill in parent information. If you are a current member,update your information as
needed.

COMPLETE PLAYER
INFORMATION
Choose the age group for your player and then fill out the player information form.
You'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.

CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE!
After you've filled in your parent and player(s) information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by check (mail in a check) or by debit or
credit card online. Payment by check will be applied when received in the FYSA Office and player then will be added to a team.
Note: No credit card information is stored on our computers EVER and all information is
secure and encrypted for your security.
