The U10 division is a developmental soccer program where players become more aware of their soccer ability, they start to test their ball skills and have more game awareness. The main emphasis of the program is FUN, and learning the techniques of soccer (dribbling, receiving, passing, attacking, defending, goal keeping, field positions, and fitness). The introduction to a larger size field with new lines, more players, a larger size ball, and a larger goal area presents new challenges for kids in theis age group. On each U10 outdoor team there are generally fourteen players, they play with a #4 ball and goal keepers are used.

The U10 play one game a week with girls playing on Mondays, and boys playing on Wednesdays. Practices take place one evening a week at a local elementary school, the exact day, time and location are determined by the coaches.
